Elizabeth Mullings Smith is the Managing Director of Maya Blue Limited, a Development Consultancy. A Commonwealth Scholar, she holds an MSc (Hydrogeology) from the University of Toronto, and has a BSc (Honours) in Applied Geology and Applied Zoology from The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. She also holds a Diploma in Risk management and Communication from University of Surrey, UK. Her Development Consultancy develops sustainable development strategies, implements and optimizes plans for business and development projects. She assists organisations and development teams in the efficient use of natural and human resources and she provides senior counsel on investment and operational issues, strategy, stakeholder connectivity, innovation, and value creation.
